Dear Customer, to ensure your satisfaction:

• Please take a photo of the selected items for confirmation.
• When our n.s creates team follows up, kindly confirm that you truly want to proceed with the order.
• Check and try on the items before making the payment, and in the presence of the delivery representative.
• Items can only be returned immediately with the representative before they leave.
• Once the representative leaves, returns are not accepted — only size exchanges are allowed, with shipping fees covered by the customer.
